I'm sure everyone here is aware of the Ju-287 jet with forward-swept wings, made from many parts of other airplanes. It looks like it was developed into an aircraft in the Soviet Union.
Check out the Alekseev 140. Looks like a Ju-188 or 288 fiselage coupled with the forward-swept wing and Jumo engines of the Ju-287, but the engines are buried in mid-wing, like a British Canberra.
I found it at http://www.airwar.ru/enc_e/xplane/140.html
Hope the link works. No data on how many were made, but normal takeoff weight was 24,500 kg and top speed was 1,230 kph according to the web site.
