Here is the place where you can create a poll and vote in them.
Discussion is free and open on existing polls
New polls are moderated (i.e. you must wait an admin/moderator to approve them), so we can prevent dupes or malformed ones.
Some advices to create a great poll:
Search first. Maybe your one has been already posted.
Be precise. Do not create generic ones such as "Which is the best World War II Plane?" Instead, you can specify more restrictive options (example. "Which was the best fighter bomber on the Eastern Front?" or "Which gun was most effective against Allied bombers over Germany?"

Just type your post as usual, but before submitting it check the corresponding box in the Additional Options Panel:
