View Full Version : Some Line Drawings

I have produced some line drawings of some WWII aircraft and am not sure how to get them to display in this forum.

So ... Taglia, how do I do that? Or can I email them to you for display?

Anyone else want them?

I use a drawing package called Canvas from Deneba Software, but it can save in a wide variety of popular formats. Most are fighters, but some others have been included ... even the Amiot 351.

At present, I have:

Fiat G.55 Centauro
Reggianne Re 2005 Saggitario
Mitusbushi J2M Raiden
Amiot 351
Grumman F6F-3 Hellcat
Mitsubishi A7M Reppu
Aichi B7A2 Ryusei
Bf 109 E, F, and G
North AMerican F-86A
FFVS J-22 (A really neat little fighter)
Focke Wulf Fw 190F-8
Kawasaki Ki-61 Hein "Tony"
Messerschmitt Me 262
Lyle Shelton's Rare Bear F8F Race Plane
Hawker Sea Fury
Several Spitfires
Hawker Tempest
Yakovlev Yak-9D
Boeing B-17

Working on more!

So ...any interest?

Hi Greg
if you send them to me (by mail) I can put them on this webspace to make them available for everyone who wants them.

I'm a kinda troubled with the site re-design so I will just place them in a folder with no "presentation" ...

If this is enough, that's what I can do now :D

Hi Paolo,

OK, what format is best for you?

I can do files of type: CV5, CVS, IFF, BMP, CAL, CGM, DXF, DCX, GIF, JPG, JPE, JPEG, HPGL, HTM, HTML, ICO, IGS, SWF, DRW, PCX, PSD, PDD, PNG, TIF, TGA, VDA, ICB, VST, and WPG.

So ... pick one or two.

- Greg :D

JPG is fine :D
I mean, for the drawings ... If there is also text maybe an HTML page with images (JPG) and text would be nice. So i will upload it there and just link it.
If you have only the drawings, just send me them and I will arrange them in a gallery

Hi Paolo,

Please send me your private email address again as my attempts to send files to the website email have been returned as unsuccessful.

Thanks, - Greg

Where's the Me-163?

Hey, I'm NOT a monomaniac!

Hi Corsairius!

Diod a 163 first! But I later considerably upped the quality of my drawings and have not gotten around to a redraw of the comet.

It was the bleach and booze thing that made me do it first. :D

Greg,
I would also like to see those drawings of the Yak-9D.

I am about to start a website about the Yak-1/3/7/9 and would like some drawings to make profiles with , if I may have your permission.
you of course will get full credit for the drawing.
(one of these days I will have to make my own!)

if you want you can send them to my home email
(you should be able to do that through this forum)

P.F.

You have permission to use them any way you want. They're just "fun" drawings. I made up the paint schemes, but the lines and dimensions are pretty close to true ... it they're off, it isn't by more than a pixel or two.

I'll try to do some more Yak stuff soon.
