What was URSS involvment in raids over Germany? Did they make raids like Allied ones over strategic targets in Germany, or did URSS AF preferred the CAS role over the Red Army?

There were few and ineffective attacks, especially on Berlin and Königsberg. The Soviets, always claiming a "second frontier" to be opened by the Western Allies, duly profitted from a share of labor with them by leaving the strategic air war to them. If somebody considers the Soviet opinion not to estimate the Western Allied offensive in the Mediterranean as a second frontier as correct, the strategic air war surely was it.

The VVS was much more of a tactical force than a strategic one, but they did make some raids on Germany. This web site gives a basic overview of Soviet strategic raids on Berlin:
